Literally Sand @ Sandworld 2014

The show at Sandworld in 2014 is called “Literally Sand” and is based on a theme of “Books and Authors”. From The Mr Men to Shakespeare, there will be something for everyone to appreciate.

We hope to involve local schools and colleges in educational visits, and will be running workshops for group visits too. As always, all visitors are encouraged to “have a go” in the giant covered sand pit, and relax with a drink and snack in the cafe. The gift shop will be stocked with items relating to the theme, and a range of souvenirs of you visit. Photos never do justice to the scale and intricacy of the sand sculptures that are created at Sandworld by some of the most talented sand artists from around the world, from the USA to Russia – prepare to be amazed.
There will be event days throughout the season, so keep an eye on our Facebook page for the latest updates at www.facebook.com/sandworld and check back here for online booking discounts.
